Happy New Year..

Yes, this is one of those new years that have a certain extra-something about them.  It is 2020 and our vision of this New Year is one of continuing successes for those we serve, both employers and those they employ, the people we locate and make available for interviews and hiring.

Things are changing in Wisconsin and especially in the Metropolitan Milwaukee area.  And, we at WFA Staffing are aware of those changes even before they begin to manifest themselves.  This is the world in which we work.  It is our job to be ahead of the curve, both for our employer clients as well as for those who come to us seeking their next opportunity.

We’ve been at this for a long time and we have seen many changes, some for the worse and many for the better.  We subscribe to the belief that change is what we make of it, and that is part of what we do for both the employers with whom we work and the people who come to us seeking that next opportunity.

Our job might be equated to the baseball player standing at the plate with a bat in hand.  We don’t know what the economy may throw at us.  It might be a sizzling fast ball or it might be a curve, and we have to recognize that before it gets to the plate.  We’ve been practicing that art for a long time and we don’t swing and miss often.

So 2020 is here and it promises to be quite the year.

We look forward to serving the needs of our many employer clients and of the people who seek better places to work and hit the long ball.
