Job Title: Machine Operator (Setup Experience Required)
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday)
Pay Rate: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Machine Operator with setup experience to join our manufacturing team in Milwaukee, WI. This position requires the ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot various types of production machinery to ensure efficient and accurate part production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up machines according to job specifications, including tooling, fixtures, and program adjustments

  • Operate machines safely and efficiently during production runs

  • Monitor machine performance and inspect parts for quality and accuracy

  • Make necessary adjustments to maintain tight tolerances

  • Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment in optimal condition

  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurement tools

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in machine operation with setup capabilities (CNC, punch press, brake press, or similar)

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)

  • Excellent attention to detail and quality

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

  • Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
