Job Title: Assembler
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $18–$22 per hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our production team in Milwaukee, WI. This role is responsible for assembling components and products according to work instructions while meeting quality and safety standards. Openings are available on both 1st and 2nd shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble parts and sub-assemblies using hand tools, power tools, or machinery

  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, or schematics

  • Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure quality standards

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Meet production and efficiency goals

  • Report defects, shortages, or equipment issues to supervisors

  • Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (will consider entry-level candidates)

  • Ability to read basic instructions and blueprints

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35–50 lbs (as required)

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
