Job Title: Assembler

Location: Richfield, WI

Shift: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

About Us: Join our clients team in Richfield, WI, as an Assembler! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to our production operations and be part of our dedicated and growing workforce.

Position Type: Full-time, Contract to Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to provided instructions.
  • Inspect and ensure the quality of finished products.
  • Operate hand tools and machinery as needed for the assembly process.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in assembly or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of hand tools and mechanical processes.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
