Job Title: Electric Panel Assembler – 2nd Shift

Location: Sussex, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and motivated Electric Panel Assemblers to join our team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidates will have experience in assembling and wiring electrical control panels, following detailed schematics, and ensuring quality and efficiency in every task. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
  • Install and connect wiring, components, and control devices using hand tools and power tools.
  • Ensure all electrical components are correctly mounted and connected in compliance with safety standards.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure the functionality and reliability of assembled panels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
