Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an Associate Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in marketing our products directly to retail sectors and enhancing our contract manufacturing capabilities. Collaborate closely with our Director of Marketing to forge robust marketing strategies and seize new opportunities, particularly in the realm of ecommerce.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compelling digital marketing campaigns to amplify brand visibility and drive sales growth in both direct retail and contract manufacturing sectors.
  • Manage and enhance the digital footprint of our brands, ensuring consistency with our overall marketing strategy.
  • Oversee content creation for websites and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Lead and optimize our brand social media influencer program, from influencer identification to performance analysis.
  • Participate in the design of new product packaging and coordinate the creative process.
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns leveraging our customer database.
  • Manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google and Bing to ensure cost-effective lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to produce optimized web content that reflects our brand strategy.
  • Organize and manage trade shows and marketing events, handling everything from material preparation to logistics.
  • Develop and update sales presentations and marketing materials to align with the latest sales strategies.
  • Occasionally handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and online reviews, maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Develop promotional materials to highlight our contract manufacturing capabilities and equipment.
  • Provide marketing support to other departments, including HR for recruitment and internal communications like company newsletters.
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies and other external partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing and ecommerce.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the consumer products industry and related regulations is preferred.
