About Us: Our Client is a leading company specializing in precision manufacturing and innovation. We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence in machining and production.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to engineering specifications.
  • Interpret and program CNC machines using G-code and CAM software.
  • Perform tool changes, adjustments, and machine maintenance as necessary to ensure high-quality production.
  • Conduct in-process inspections to verify product quality and make adjustments when needed.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve any machining or quality issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety protocols.
  • Record and document machine settings, production data, and quality checks.
  • Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize machining processes and reduce cycle times.
  • Participate in training and mentoring activities for junior machinists when required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC machining is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with expertise in G-code programming and CAM software.
  • Proficiency in operating and setting up CNC machines, including mills and lathes.
  • Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and material properties.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision in machining work.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machining issues.
  • Knowledge of quality control and measurement tools.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
