Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Germantown, WI
Pay: $16.25 per hour
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your primary responsibility is to handle inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve any concerns in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or management
- Follow up with customers to ensure their problems are resolved
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines while interacting with customers
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
