8am – 4:30pm M-F
Pay Range: $55,000 – $60,000
The job is not remote, and cannot become remote.
The right candidate will have 2-years previous manufacturing, corrugated experience and be familiar with our customer service software- Amtech/Imaginera.
We would prefer a candidate with working experience in a small company environment. Training to learn our customers and accounts will be directly with the department manager and supervisor- even with corrugated experience there is quite a bit to learn.
So, someone who is open and willing to learn how the department operates and conform to company practices.
This job has much phone work, computer work and paperwork involved.
Job Responsibilities:
– Process and confirm orders within 24 hours of receipt
– Answer inquiries and resolve customer issues with empathy using problem-solving skills in a timely and professional manner
– Work efficiently, effectively as part of a team or with individual projects as assigned
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email or in person
– Serve as a liaison with the sales team, design, shipping, and manufacturing

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong proven problem-solving abilities and basic math skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
– Proficient in using customer service software and computer software
– Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
