Job Description:
As an Electronic Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing electronic components and systems within our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will ensure that our equipment runs smoothly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and supporting our commitment to excellence.

Essential Functions:

  • Diagnose and repair electronic systems, including PCBs, wiring interfaces, and electronic devices.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on manufacturing equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to electronic systems and perform necessary repairs.
  • Work closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to implement system improvements and modifications.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repairs, and modifications performed.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Stay current with the latest technologies and practices in electronic and mechanical systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electronic Mechanic or similar role, with a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Technical degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronic circuits, components, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
