Job Title: Flooring Install Helper
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Shift: 1st Shift (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Flooring Install Helpers to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, you will assist experienced flooring installers with the setup, installation, and cleanup of various flooring projects including carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and tile.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with loading and unloading flooring materials and tools

  • Prepare work areas by cleaning and removing existing flooring

  • Measure, cut, and lay flooring materials under supervision

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites

  • Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE)

  • Support the lead installer with tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in construction or flooring preferred but not required

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment

  • Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions

  • Valid Driver License

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday

  • 1st Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (most days)

Pay:

  • $16.00 per hour
