Human Resources Generalist

Due to recent growth, our client is in search of a Human Resources generalist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
  • Implement company benefits, culture,  and policies
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Accurately maintain employee files
  • Coordinate employee events

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary:  $60-65,000
