Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist
Location: Port Washington, WI
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Pay Rate: Based on Experience (BOE)

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Specialist to manage and maintain accurate inventory levels at our Port Washington, WI facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking inventory movement, conducting audits, and ensuring data accuracy in inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and audits

  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings

  • Record and document inventory transactions in ERP or warehouse management systems

  • Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping departments to ensure inventory accuracy

  • Assist with receiving, storing, and issuing materials as needed

  • Prepare inventory reports for management

  • Maintain a clean and organized inventory area

  • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse, or logistics environment

  • Familiarity with inventory software and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting

  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus
