Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with IT infrastructure maintenance. This role requires reliable transportation, as some travel to client or company locations may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Assist with server and network maintenance, including updates and security patches
  • Support Microsoft Office 365, Windows, and other enterprise applications
  • Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords
  • Document IT issues, solutions, and procedures in the helpdesk system
  • Conduct routine system checks and performance monitoring
  • Provide on-site support as needed (travel required; mileage reimbursement available if applicable)

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of IT support experience (Help Desk, Desktop Support, or similar role)
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (required for travel to client or remote locations)
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
