Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Sussex, WI

Shift: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor machines in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ensure the proper setup and calibration of machines.
  • Conduct quality checks on products to maintain high standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed.
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily goals.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a machine operator is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude.
