Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Lead to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. The Maintenance Lead will oversee and perform preventive and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment and facilities. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and perform routine and preventive maintenance of equipment and machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
  • Supervise and guide a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain maintenance records, logs, and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to address maintenance needs and prioritize work.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of necessary parts and supplies.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior maintenance staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site during the designated shifts.
