Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday – Friday
Salary: $20.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team in Menomonee Falls, WI, for the second shift. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring materials are efficiently moved and managed throughout the facility, supporting production and fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently load, unload, and move materials within or near the plant, yard, or work site, using forklifts, hand trucks, or other handling equipment.
  • Ensure materials are delivered to production lines in a timely manner to meet production schedules and minimize downtime.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to all shipping and receiving protocols.
  • Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Inspect materials for damage or defects; report any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to improve material handling processes and efficiency.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a material handling role, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Certified or willing to become certified on forklift operation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Willingness to work the second shift and overtime as required.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
