Location: Germantown, WI

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (with flexibility)

Pay Range: $19 – $20 per hour

Job Type: Temporary

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler for a temporary position at our Germantown, WI facility. In this role, you will assemble mechanical components and systems according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to producing quality work.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical parts and components according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
  • Perform inspections to ensure assemblies meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any assembly issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed in the production process.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work within the hours of 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM as needed.
