Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Metal Polisher to join our team at our Northside Milwaukee, WI location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for polishing metal parts and surfaces to specified finishes, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform polishing, buffing, and finishing operations on metal parts to achieve desired surface quality.
• Use a variety of polishing tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance on polishing equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Metal Polisher or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of metal finishing techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, bending, and lifting of heavy materials.
