Job Description:

We are seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our team in Germantown, WI. This position involves welding metal components using MIG welding techniques, reading blueprints, and ensuring high-quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG welding on various metals according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work orders.
  • Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring proper adjustments for materials and thicknesses.
  • Inspect finished welds for quality, strength, and conformance to standards.
  • Grind, clean, and prepare materials before and after welding.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
  • Proficiency in welding various metals, including steel and aluminum.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Welding certifications are a plus but not required.
