Job Title: Press Technician
Location: Saukville, WI
Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $18 – $19 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Press Technician to operate and maintain production presses, ensuring efficient and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have experience with press operations, troubleshooting, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor press machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform quality checks to meet production standards and specifications.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Assist in training new operators as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in press operation or manufacturing preferred.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
