Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: New Berlin, WI

Pay Range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year

Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our New Berlin, WI facility. This role ensures production runs efficiently, meets quality standards, and maintains a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and experience managing teams in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of production employees to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor workflow, adjust schedules, and allocate resources to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve equipment problems.
• Maintain accurate production reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicate results to management.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among employees.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with production management software.
