Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: New Berlin, WI

Shift: 2nd or 3rd Shift

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd or 3rd shift operations at our New Berlin, WI facility. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of production workers to achieve high performance and meet company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
• Monitor production processes and workflow to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance and maintenance, to address production issues.
• Track and report on production metrics, including efficiency, output, and quality.
• Assist in training and developing employees to improve skillsets and job performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to production team members.

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a production supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with production processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work on 2nd or 3rd shift as required.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and production management software.
