Job Title: Punch Press Operator
Location: Germantown, WI
Shift: 1st Shift (Typically 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Pay: Based on Experience (can be added if known)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Punch Press Operator to join our manufacturing team in Germantown, WI. This position involves operating punch press machines to shape, cut, and form metal parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate punch press machines safely and efficiently

  • Load metal materials into the press and align properly for processing

  • Monitor machine operations and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality

  • Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues

  • Accurately complete production and inspection documentation

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating punch press or similar machinery preferred

  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude

  • Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
