SAP Analyst
Location: Jackson, WI

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled SAP Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our SAP systems, ensuring efficient and accurate business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and functional knowledge of SAP, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across various departments to implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and support SAP modules, ensuring smooth and efficient system operations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions to improve processes across various departments (such as finance, supply chain, sales, etc.).
- Provide technical and functional support for SAP users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement SAP best practices, procedures, and documentation to optimize business operations.
- Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure SAP enhancements meet business needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage SAP projects, upgrades, and system integrations.
- Conduct training sessions for end users to ensure effective use of SAP functionalities.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify opportunities for system improvements and implement changes as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP developments and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
- Generate and analyze reports from SAP to provide insights and support business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an SAP Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of SAP systems and modules.
- Expertise in one or more SAP modules such as FI/CO (Finance and Controlling), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), or others.
- Experience with SAP configuration and customization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders across various departments.
- Knowledge of business processes and operations, and how they integrate with SAP.
- Experience with SAP reporting tools and data analysis.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP certification in one or more modules.
- Experience with SAP HANA or S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with ABAP programming language or other relevant programming skills.
