Job Description: Territory Sales Representative
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Pay Rate: Based on Experience (BOE)
Shift: 1st (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets within an assigned territory. - Responsible for growing assigned territory and building great customer relationships through a combination of telephone and face-to-face visits with customers.
- Develop superior product knowledge.
- Train dealers to effectively sell and install products.
- Perform Market Analysis on assigned territory.
- Assist customers in territory with technical questions on product.
- Assist customers with processing warranty claims.
- Field customer questions by phone and e-mail.
- Perform sales forecasting for assigned territory. Report sales results monthly. Achieve sales targets.
- Assist Sales Support Coordinator in reviewing orders for discrepancies and enter customer purchase orders into ERP system accurately and timely, reaching out to customers when discrepancies occur.
- Review colleagues’ entered orders, identifying any errors or discrepancies.
- Assist in Sales Projects.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel programs, CRM software, and ERP systems.
