Job Title: Truck Sales Representative

Locations: Milwaukee, Madison, and Janesville, WI

Pay: $40,000 base salary + commission (earnings based on performance)

Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Truck Sales Representative to join our team, covering the Milwaukee, Madison, and Janesville areas. This role involves building relationships with customers, identifying their truck and fleet needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a passion for the transportation industry, and the ability to work independently to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate truck sales solutions.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and conduct cold calls to expand the client base.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate pricing.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including finance and service departments, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in truck, automotive, or equipment sales.
  • Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
  • Basic understanding of truck specifications and fleet operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations.
