Pay Rate: $60,000 – $65,000 per year
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, leadership skills, and a strong focus on process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee inventory control, receiving, storage, and shipping operations.
  • Ensure workplace safety by enforcing OSHA regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and warehouse activities.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet company goals and customer demands.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of warehouse or logistics supervision experience.
  • Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
