Pay Range: $16+

Job Title: Foundry Worker

Location: Greater Waukesha Area

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire after 90 days

Pay Rates:

  • Starting at $16.00 per hour with potential for a pay increase upon permanent hire.
  • Pay increase upon permanent hire after 90 days.
  • Physical and Drug Screen required.
  • Steel toe boots are mandatory.

Job Requirements:

  • Capability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a hot environment.
  • Availability for overtime – 10 to 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Operating in a foundry environment with heavy materials and machinery.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the production process.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and using required safety gear.
  • Performing physically demanding tasks in a hot environment.
  • Collaborating effectively with the team to achieve production goals.
