Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Oak Creek, WI. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining tasks (milling, turning, drilling, etc.)
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to determine product specifications
  • Adjust machine settings and tool offsets to ensure part accuracy and quality
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any mechanical issues
  • Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet the required tolerances and quality standards
  • Document production activities and maintain accurate records of work performed
  • Work with other team members to complete production runs in a timely manner
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Suggest improvements in the machining process for efficiency and quality control

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical training in CNC machining preferred
  • Previous experience as a CNC Machinist (1-3 years preferred)
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
  • Experience with CNC machine setup, operation, and basic programming (Fanuc, Haas, Siemens controls, etc.)
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
  • Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work on various shifts as required

Programming, Set-up, and Editing experience required. (Lathes & Mills)
Must have Good Work History and Reliable Transportation
