Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Location: Oak Creek, Franklin, Milwaukee, New Berlin, Waukesha area

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Shifts: All 3 shifts available

Hourly Rate: $18.00+ Hour DOE (Pay increase upon permanent hire)

Benefits: Full benefits available upon permanent hire

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct forklift operations, including stand-up and sit-down. Reach Truck experience is a plus.
  • Handle UPS and FedEx shipments with expertise.
  • Execute picking and packing duties with precision.
  • Maintain inventory control through accurate tracking and documentation.
  • Manage shipping and receiving processes efficiently.
  • Utilize RF scanning technology for streamlined operations.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately.
  • Process orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Handle material handling tasks effectively.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Experience with complete electronic transfers within the ERP system is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in shipping and receiving roles preferred.
  • Forklift certification with expertise in stand-up and sit-down operations.
  • Proficient in UPS and FedEx shipping processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory control.
  • Familiarity with RF scanning technology.
  • Data entry skills and proficiency in order processing.
  • Material handling experience is an asset.
  • SAP experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with complete electronic transfers within the ERP system is beneficial.
