Milwaukee based interior design, construction, and contract furniture company is seeking a project manager. They help their clients by providing efficient and comfortable space that helps them enhance their brand, retain existing employees, and also attract new employees while growing their business.
Plans, directs, and coordinates contract construction projects from preliminary walk throughs, to planning development, pricing and ordering, to final completion.
Essential Job Functions & responsibilities:
Attend preliminary project assessment
Assist in plan and score development
Prepare estimates and proposals, including presentation
Obtain and work within permit guidelines
Prepare subcontract agreements
Project scheduling, supervising, and managing ongoing projects
Oversee and coordinate field labor on assigned projects
Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Must be highly motivated
Individual must possess strong math and computer skills
Applicant must be process driven, organized, and detail oriented
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to display strong written and verbal skills
Individual must enjoy and excel at customer interaction
