Client is a world class provider of engineered components and assemblies specializing in engine, transmission and driveline applications. We are headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with manufacturing, commercial, technical and distribution facilities located around the world to support Original Equipment Manufacturers’ global requirements.
Set up, adjust, and operate a variety of production machines presses and auxiliary equipment.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, use of fine motor skills, reaching and lifting up to 35 lbs.
Occasional foot use, carrying, push/pulling, below the waist work, balancing, forceful motion, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Minimal climbing and lifting up to 75 lbs.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Two plus years’ related manufacturing experience.
Basic oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work well with other employees.
Ability to follow instructions.

Basic math skills.
Basic reading skills.
Experience running multiple machines.
Ability to drive a forklift truck.
Proficient in basic shop math skills.
Ability to use quality measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, attribute gauges).
Ability to use statistical process control (SPC).
Proficient in basic computer skills.
Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly preventative maintenance as required.
Communicate issues and critical information to supervisors and others as is relevant or required.
Complete quality control paperwork.
Move material, product, supplies, etc., and transact material movements as required.
Identify potential safety risks with equipment and ensure safety devices are operational and functional.
Set-up, adjust, troubleshoot, maintain and operate multiple pieces of equipment.
Maintain an organized and clean work area (sweep, mop, scrub, paint, basic janitorial, restock supplies, etc.).
Optimize performance of production equipment, mitigating risk of internal and external customer quality related issues.
Follow Environmental, Quality and Safety Management System procedures and requirements.
