We at WFA like to think we are matchmakers. Why do we say that? Well, we match our employer’s positions with candidates that fit their positions and vice versa.
To keep it simple, we are the link in the chain helping both employers and potential employees to find each other.

Our staff of experienced recruiters works diligently every day and all week long, to match people to openings and openings to people.
It is what we do and is not a sideline. This is our bread and butter, and we’ve been at it for many years growing to three locations in the metropolitan area over the course of time.
