Since his start as an accounts payable supervisor, Fred has spent his entire career working to support employers and employees. He joined WFA Staffing (then known as Workforce of America) as a Vice President in 1996 and, in 2005, purchased the company along with Tom Krist and Todd Strehlow. The three remain co-owners and members of WFA’s senior leadership team.

Fred earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Lubar College of Business. He is a member of the Independent Business Association of Wisconsin Member and the Wisconsin Association of Staffing Services.
