Job Title: Electrician
Location: Milwaukee
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $34–$39 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Electrician to join our team. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in an industrial or commercial environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of electrical systems, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, controls, and components to identify and resolve issues
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
• Install and maintain electrical panels, circuits, and conduit
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures
• Test electrical systems and components using appropriate tools and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous industrial or commercial electrical experience
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical conditions
