Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Coiler to join our manufacturing team. The Coiler will operate coiling equipment to produce wire, tubing, or other materials according to production specifications. This position requires attention to detail, good mechanical aptitude, and the ability to maintain consistent production and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Operate coiling machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Set up machines and load raw materials as required.
  • Monitor equipment during operation and make basic adjustments.
  • Follow production specifications, work instructions, and safety procedures.
  • Inspect finished coils for proper size, shape, tension, and overall quality.
  • Use basic measuring tools to verify product dimensions.
  • Identify and report machine or quality issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate production records.
  • Keep machines and the work area clean and organized.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Meet daily production and quality goals.
  • Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
