Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Finisher to join our manufacturing team in Milwaukee, WI. The Finisher will be responsible for completing and preparing metal components for the next stage of production or final shipment. This position involves grinding, deburring, polishing, cleaning, and inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate has good attention to detail, enjoys hands-on work, and is comfortable working with hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Grind, deburr, polish, and finish metal parts according to specifications.
• Remove sharp edges, burrs, weld spatter, and excess material.
• Use hand tools, grinders, sanders, and other finishing equipment.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, appearance, and dimensional accuracy.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and production specifications.
• Use measuring tools as needed to verify finished parts.
• Identify and report defects or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Properly handle and move materials throughout the production area.
• Meet daily production and quality expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
