Charlie came to WFA over five years ago with a background in helping companies meet their technological needs, including office equipment, software, and supplies. He now uses his ability to listen and accurately assess a company’s needs to help each client locate top human talent, carefully considering their company culture, internal brand, and specific requirements to identify the perfect candidates. With a bedrock belief in kindness and compassion, Charlie found the shift from office equipment, phones, and tablets to finding placement for people incredibly rewarding. He enjoys connecting great people with great opportunities and helping people improve their lives, one hire at a time.
When not at work, Charlie enjoys spending time with family and friends and meeting new people.
