Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to join our team in Richfield, WI. This role is responsible for transporting materials and products to local customers while ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries. This is a 1st shift position with local routes only—home daily.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a non-CDL box truck safely and efficiently

  • Perform local deliveries and pickups as scheduled

  • Load and unload materials, verifying accuracy of shipments

  • Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit

  • Complete delivery paperwork and logs accurately

  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle

  • Follow all DOT, safety, and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Previous box truck or delivery driving experience preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Strong time-management and customer service skills

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Must pass background check and drug screen
