Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Milwaukee Area
Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $25+ per hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations in the Milwaukee area. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations. Openings are available on both 1st and 2nd shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

  • Diagnose equipment issues and minimize downtime

  • Conduct routine inspections of machinery and facility systems

  • Install, adjust, and maintain equipment and production lines

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and lockout/tagout requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

  • Experience with PLCs, motors, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred

  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

  • Reliable attendance and strong problem-solving skills
