Megan manages WFA’s Germantown office and is also responsible for
business development and recruitment efforts. She has been with the WFA team for over 11
years, working to connect the right people with the right companies. Megan finds great
satisfaction in finding the perfect candidate for a difficult-to-fill position, saying, “The
hard ones are the best ones!”

She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a bachelor’s degree in
social work with a minor in sociology, and before coming to WFA, she worked in
customer service, inside sales, and account management at a Milwaukee-based
manufacturing plant. Her work at WFA combines her deep interest in people and her
fascination with manufacturing and learning how things are made.

In her spare time, Megan cheers on her children on the soccer field and the basketball
court and works on her own fitness with her friends at Burn Body Boot Camp. She
currently serves as the Vice President of the Germantown Chamber of Commerce and
is active with her local PTA and Girl Scouts. She enjoys good food, interesting IPAs and
a good heist movie, and she dreams of visiting Greece one day.
