Landscape Crew Member / Crew Leader
Location: Brookfield
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Crew Members | Full-Time Crew Leaders
Pay: Crew Members: $18-$22/hr | Crew Leaders: $23-$27/hr (based on experience and licensing)

Landscape Crew Member Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain landscaping for residential and commercial properties
  • Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and install mulch, rock, and edging
  • Perform lawn maintenance, pruning, trimming, and seasonal cleanups
  • Operate landscaping equipment and hand tools safely
  • Assist with hardscape installation as needed
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized job site
  • Work collaboratively with the crew to complete projects efficiently

Landscape Crew Leader Responsibilities

In addition to Crew Member duties, Crew Leaders will:

  • Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on daily job assignments
  • Train and mentor crew members
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
  • Communicate with customers and management regarding project progress
  • Operate equipment and oversee proper maintenance of tools and vehicles
  • Ensure materials and equipment are prepared for each job

Work Experience:

  • Crew Members: 1-2 years previous experience in landscape preferred but we will train the right candidates
  • Crew Leaders: 3-5 years previous experience in landscape preferred
