Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our team in Richfield, WI. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools
  • Follow work instructions, drawings, and assembly specifications
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Measure and verify components as needed
  • Identify and report defective or damaged parts
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Meet daily production and quality goals
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Work effectively with team members and production supervisors
  • Perform other general production duties as assigned
