Position Overview

We are seeking hardworking and dependable Finishers / Laborers to join our team. Candidates with experience in construction, landscaping, general labor, concrete, manufacturing, or other physically demanding work are encouraged to apply.

The Finisher / Laborer will perform hands-on work to complete projects, prepare materials, maintain quality standards, and keep the work area safe and organized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general labor and finishing duties
  • Prepare, handle, and move materials as needed
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely
  • Perform finishing, cleanup, and detail work
  • Follow work instructions and quality standards
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Perform other duties as assigned
