CNC Machinist 

Location: Pewaukee, WI
Pay Rate: $24.00–$30.00 per hour
Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Pewaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery, reading blueprints, using precision measuring equipment, and producing quality parts to specification.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Load and unload materials and properly secure workpieces.
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and offsets as needed.
  • Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.
  • Monitor machines during operation and identify potential issues.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Follow established safety procedures and production requirements.
  • Complete required production and quality documentation.
  • Work with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet production goals.
