We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in operating CNC machinery. This role is crucial for producing high-quality components and ensuring the efficiency of our manufacturing processes. The CNC Machinist will work with various tools and technologies, contributing to the overall success of our production goals.

LOCATIONS: Milwaukee, Sussex, Hartford, Waukesha, etc.

Duties

    • Operate CNC machines, including setup, programming, and monitoring of production processes.
    • Utilize coordinate measuring machines to ensure precision and accuracy in manufactured parts.
    • Perform tooling changes and maintenance on CNC equipment as needed.
    • Use power tools and manual machining techniques to support production tasks.
    • Conduct quality inspections using calipers and other measuring instruments to verify product specifications.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams on CAM programming and design modifications.
    • Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic repairs to maintain operational efficiency.
    • Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
