Job Title: Entry & Mid-Level Machine Operators
Location: Mequon, WI
Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $19.00–$23.00 per hour (Based on experience and shift)

Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated Entry-Level and Mid-Level Machine Operators to join our 1st and 2nd shift teams. Operators will run production equipment, ensure parts meet quality standards, and support efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently

  • Load/unload parts, materials, and components into machines

  • Monitor machine performance and report issues to supervisors

  • Perform basic machine adjustments and setups (mid-level)

  • Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, or gauges to ensure quality

  • Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, and safety guidelines

  • Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards

  • Complete required production and quality documentation

  • Assist with material handling or secondary operations as needed

Entry-Level Requirements:

  • No prior experience required—willing to train

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely

  • Basic math and measurement skills preferred

Mid-Level Requirements:

  • 1–2+ years of machine operating experience in manufacturing

  • Ability to perform minor adjustments and troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with measurement tools and quality checks

  • Ability to read production documents and basic blueprints
