Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laminator to join our manufacturing team in Milwaukee, WI. The Laminator will operate laminating equipment to apply and bond layers of materials according to production specifications and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with machinery, has good attention to detail, and can consistently produce quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate laminating machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Set up machines and load materials according to production requirements.
  • Monitor equipment and materials throughout the production process.
  • Follow work instructions, production specifications, and quality standards.
  • Measure and inspect finished products for proper size, alignment, adhesion, and appearance.
  • Make basic machine adjustments as needed.
  • Identify and report material, equipment, or quality issues.
  • Trim, cut, or finish laminated materials as required.
  • Maintain accurate production records.
  • Keep machines and work areas clean and organized.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Meet daily production and quality goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
