Production Welder

Location: West Bend, WI
Pay: $22–$26/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM (some Fridays)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Production Welder to join our team in West Bend. This position involves welding metal components in a production environment while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG welding on production parts

  • Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols

  • Inspect welds for quality and accuracy

  • Operate welding equipment safely

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Meet production and quality expectations

Qualifications

  • Previous production welding experience preferred

  • Ability to pass a weld test

  • Experience reading blueprints and using measuring tools

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
