Panel Wirer – 2nd Shift

Location: Germantown, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Panel Wirer to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. The Panel Wirer will be responsible for wiring electrical control panels and assembling electrical components according to schematics, drawings, and company specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Wire and assemble electrical control panels and electrical enclosures.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
  • Install and connect wires, terminals, switches, relays, breakers, and other electrical components.
  • Cut, strip, label, route, and terminate wires accurately.
  • Verify wiring and connections for accuracy and quality.
  • Use hand tools and electrical testing equipment as required.
  • Troubleshoot wiring issues and make necessary corrections.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
