Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

Location: Milwaukee, WI
Pay: $28–$35/hour, depending on experience and skill set
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
  • Diagnose equipment problems and complete necessary repairs in a timely manner
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance according to established schedules
  • Repair and replace mechanical and electrical components as needed
  • Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work with production personnel to identify recurring equipment issues and recommend solutions
