Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

Location: New Berlin, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift production team in New Berlin. This role is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe, efficient production.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery

  • Load and unload materials and finished parts

  • Inspect parts to ensure quality and specifications are met

  • Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting

  • Record production data and report issues to supervisors

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

  • Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred

  • Ability to read measurements and follow work instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
